• Designed and manufactured in-house, our Bluseal F350 tophats are an industry first cost-conscious alternative to the PC500 tophat, ideal for large chill or freezer projetcs
• Manufactured from structural grade S280 galvanised steel to ensure quality of product.
• Rather than having the standard 3 drops per tophat, our F350 range utilises the same drop pattern as the industry standard galvanised system. Which means less drops per run.
• Each Bluseal F350 tophat is made to the industry standard 3.6m long and stocked in RAL9003 30% gloss, with other colours available upon request
• We provide you with a starter tophat for each run and a fixed locator plate that all you need to do is screw into the next tophat via the pre-punched and aligned holes
• And these fixings come conveniently bagged within our F350afs kits
• The complete Bluseal F350 Ceiling Suspension kit comes with pre-assembled 500a swivel kits and individually packaged Bluseal F350AFS fixing kits, containing all the fixings you need to safely secure the tophat into place.
• Pre-cut pir and mineral wool strips to suit the tophat are provided, aswell as Armaflex for use in chill/freezer environments
• Less materials used added to less on-site labour hours required = much cheaper costs for you.
• A choice of light gauge push in end cap or heavy duty sloped end cap is available.
• Our systems have been tested to a minimum safe working load of 1000 Kilograms per m2 with a safety factor of 2.
