Description

• Designed and manufactured in-house, our Bluseal E500 tophats are the modified version of the G500 where wall fixing is required.
• Manufactured from structural grade S280 galvanised steel to ensure quality of product.
• Each Bluseal E500 tophat is made to the industry standard 3.6m long, with our CS120 WFS bottom cappings stocked in 2m lengths for ease of install on site. Other lengths and materials available on request.
• Can be supplied with either the standard 150mm wide flat top cover, or a modified angled version.
• The complete Bluseal E500 Ceiling Suspension kit comes with pre-assembled 500a swivel kits and individually packaged Bluseal GAFS fixing kits, containing all the fixings you need to safely secure the tophat into place.
• Pre-cut pir and mineral wool strips to suit the tophat are provided, aswell as specific sizes to suit your ceiling panel and fill the void above the tophat.
• Our systems have been tested to a minimum safe working load of 400 Kilograms per m2 with a safety factor of 2.
